Sample daily itinerary
Time	Activity
0800	Breakfast on board and showers
0900	Prepare yacht for departure to race area
0930	Leave East Cowes marina and head to start-line
1000	Racing – should start no later than 10:00 according to the Cowes race organisers
1500	Racing should finish around this time although it will obviously be weather dependent
1600	Champagne race celebration back in East Cowes marina
1700	Showers
1800	Depart for West Cowes via water taxi
