| How do I book my place on an event? |
Simply complete the booking form along with your payment.

| What type of people generally go on a Juno IV Sailing event? |
Generally our customers have little sailing experience but are keen to try something different, meet new people and get involved!

| What do I need to bring with me? |
It depends on the length of your trip but for a weekend event you should bring the following items in a soft bag (no hard suitcases please!): deck shoes or light-soled trainers; washkit and towel; casual trousers or jogging bottoms for sailing (no jeans);

| Do we sleep on board? |
Dependent on the event, we sometimes organise hotel accommodation but generally crew will sleep on board

| Racing yacht accommodation can be sparce. What is like sleeping on board Juno? |
We'll let one of our recent clients tell you! "Descending the stairs into the saloon area, the skipper gave us our own berths and we stowes our kit wondering how comfortable they'd be later on! We needn't have worried as I had one of the soundest sleeps

| Do I need wet-weather gear? |
We can supply a quality set of breathable waterproofs for each crew member - or you can bring your own if you prefer!

| Are all meals provided? |
We will provide all meals and soft drinks while sailing. This does not include breakfast or evening meal on Saturdays when we eat ashore.

| Do I need any sailing experience? |
You do not need ANY sailing experience to enjoy our events - just a sense of adventure and a willingness to get involved!

| Do I need to be able to swim? |
No you do not, although if you are in any way nervous of the water, please feel free to call the office and have a chat with one of our staff. We have introduced many people to the sport of yacht sailing are experienced in making sure people enjoy themselves.

| Can I park my car in Hamble? |
Yes - parking is free all weekend in the marina
|
| Do many people suffer from sea-sickness? |
| In 2003, only one person suffered sea-sickness with us and that only lasted half an hour or so. Our qualified skippers take care not to make any trips that they feel may be beyond the ability of the crew. Most of our sailing is done in the Solent (area |
Shown below is a list of items we think you should bring with you on a 2-day event. The list is not exhaustive but is meant to be a guideline. Be aware that even in Summer it can get cold on the water. Some things you will need, others you will appreciate but if you have any queries about the below, please do not hesitate to call one of our Staff on +44 (0)7802 327122 or 01604 631633.
Please do not bring jeans or jumpers to wear on the water as both items get very heavy when wet and do not dry easily. Avoid brining suitcases – use a soft bag or holdall instead.
